Yes, that weird looking plant that you walk pass while on your weekly grocery shopping – you may want to add it to your grocery list, it can actually help you.

A lot of people may not be aware of this, but Ginger is one of the most effective remedies used in many cultures all over the world.

Originally cultivated in Asia, Ginger is used to ease digestive issues, nausea, fever, etc… and get a load of this, Potency in both men and women. So having a cup of ginger tea everyday will not only help you with arthritic pains and inflammation, it will also increase your blood circulation and arrousal. Now the down side to this is we may run out of stock or face a price hike by having this information available. However, it is also easy to grow.

There are many kinds of Ginger Teas that you will find on your grocer’s shelves, but I prefer the old fashioned way; mashed and boiled or better yet – pureed and boiled. I found that it is much stronger and effective form.
